Project DREAM
Founded in 2009, Project DREAM (Directing Realities through Exposure, Access, & Mentoring) provides one-to-one mentoring to youth. Mentors takes an interest in a child’s aspirations, providing them with exposure to new experiences, opportunities for career exploration, and a fresh perspective on their futures.

Requirements
Be at least 21 years of age
Reside in the New York City/New Jersey area
Complete the background check process: please review and complete this packet
Complete the training process
Commit to one year with your mentee
Establish monthly goals with your mentee
Spend at least four hours in-person or virtually a month with your mentee
Document your time with your mentee using the provided form
Adhere to all policies and procedures
